We used HSI Security to install a Ring Doorbell at our home. The staff members were extremely courteous, polite, and efficient. They came earlier than expected (calling ahead of time to make sure this wouldn't be a problem) which actually worked better for me. Payment was easy and I now have a functioning Ring Doorbell for a reasonable price. I would recommend and will use them in the future if a need arises.

We just switched over companies last month due to some issues we have been having. The old company never made an effort to fix the problems they have made, and a lot of other annoying little things. One of my close friends recommended me to HSI. From the very beginning, Chance was very friendly and professional! He gave me his personal cell phone number! Customer service just doesn’t get much better than that.. The wide variety of products and services they offer are out of this world, everything from basic systems to advances camera systems. He and Don made sure that everything would be done smoothly and conveniently. If anyone is having any problems with their security company, do not hesitate to give HSI a try out! You will not regret it at all!!

We are in the process of relocating our office. Jamie Benson came out and looked at the office, helped us decide what equipment we need, wrote the order up without pushing for a bunch of extras and scheduled it while he was there. The HSI tech came out on schedule walked me through what he was supposed to do, which matched what we were expecting. He then set out to install our new system. When he completed the job he walked us through the system, answered our questions and explained what to do if we needed any help. Very professional! This is our third system with HSI and it is really great to find a company that has been so consistent on all 3 systems. We highly recommend the entire company.

We just bought a house that had an existing security system through HSI. I called them to just simply activate it, but they wanted to send someone out for an in home consultation. You read that right. I was like, "people still do that? That is awesome!". They did not try to sell me on products I didn't need. They have been so nice and professional. It is nice to work with a local company. Rates are reasonable and the security is exceptional. I will be recommending them to anyone.

Our previous company’s equipment quit working and after no communication from them, a lot of headaches and attempts to get our security back up and running for two very long months, we canceled that contract & decided to find a security company that’s local. We are very satisfied with HSI Security Services. Their service is phenomenal. I called their local number on late Friday afternoon and left a message. Within few minutes, they answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the very next day (Saturday). Jamie showed up at my door step as promised and explained the various options. After picking the options I needed, I was up and running within 3 days. The price is reasonable and I would recommend HSI to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable alarm monitoring service in mid-south.

I had reached out to three other home security companies with a desire to connect our already existing security system. You would think that this would be a simple process for every company. I was even lied to by other companies who came and simply said, no, we can't reuse your existing equipment and we would need to pay for an entirely new set up. Other companies just aren't honest. HSI is honest, reused our system, and had us up and running quickly. They didn't require lengthy contracts, even though we plan to be with them for years. Great people and great service!!
